Ma Pochette charges at the point of sale. This means that as soon as you place your order, your order will be charged.
Will each personalization be exactly as the product sample that appears online?
Please note as each Ma Pochette article is handcraft, variations may occur. As we print exactly what you send us, please double check for any mistakes.
What if I made a mistake with my order?
All orders are processed very quickly. So unfortunately changes after an order has been placed are typically not possible. However, if you do notice a mistake, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our very best to help you out.
When will my purchase ship?
All of our products are custom-made. They normally ship out within 5 to 7 business days.

We ship worldwide.
How much does the shipping cost?
Belgium : € 6 - Europe : € 12.5
How much will I be charged in duties and taxes?
All EU-countries will be charged Duty and VAT at checkout.
For all other countries, applicable Duty and VAT costs will be charged upon delivery. These costs vary based on the import tax rate of your country ant the total value of your order. Ma Pochette is not responsible for any of these import taxes.
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
Estimation is around 1 week, without any obstruction of postal services.

How can I track my order?
My package has been in transit for longer than anticipated. Do I have to worry?
Sometimes a package can be in transit longer than the projected amount of time due to customs regulations. If you have any concerns about the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will check the status of your package for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
What is your return policy?
Non-customized items with tags can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned.
If you believe the product you received, is defective or has been damaged in transport, please reach out to us at email@example.com with a photo of the unused item and a brief description of the defect.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes – you will have to pay for the cost of the return shipment.
Items should be returned to the following address: Picobello, Abraham Hanssstraat 9-11, 8800 Roeselare within 14 days of delivery.
Unfortunately – none of the applicable Duty and VAT costs can be refunded.
Can I exchange my purchase?
The easiest way to exchange a purchase of a non-customized item is to simply return the product. And to place a new order.
Unfortunately customized products are not up for returns or exchanges.
